Instead of adding in contrib, can you add it in ql - add it in FunctionRegistry
also - that way it will be available to everyone.
Note that all files need the standard apache header - you can copy it from any
file.
Also, can you share some code in UDAFMaxN and UDAFMinN.
Add a test which does describe max_n/min_n and describe extended max_n/min_n.
