I think it is that simple. HiveMind does better than Tapestry in terms of seperating internal APIs from public APIs. I think that Module and some related interfaces, such as ObjectProvider, are difficult to place into either camp.
I think, ultimately, either Module should be public, or there should be a "safe" public Module, and a "not safe", internal Module. But that concern is not relevant to this situation.
