  Undilah PAS : MENENTANG KEZALIMAN & MENEGAKKAN KEADILAN
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Asslamu'alaikum and greetings
Actually, it doesn't matter who leads the Opposition. I believe that PAS
will still fulfill their promise of upholding truth and justice as stated in
the BA manifesto  eventhough they now lead the Opposition.
Wslm.
>It seems with the defeat of Lim Kit Siang,a new chapter of Palimentary
>politics has dawned in Malaysia.For 30 years the ruling coalition has been
>lead by a Moslem Malays while the opposition was lead by a Chinese.The
>Palimentary electoral results of the 10th General election of Malaysia has
>changed this 30 year old formula.Today both the ruling coalition and the
>opposition is lead by Moslem Malays as eitther Datin Seri Wan Azizah or
>Ustadz Fadzhil Noor is expected to lead the opposition .
>
>DAP Sec General Lim Kit Siang was not ousted by chinese voters but were
>clearly pull down by the Malay voters in the Kebun Bunga constituency.The
>Malay voters of Penang who have seen DAP as a chinese dominated party are
>not ready to give their votes to DAP.In the case Kebun Bunga it was the
>swing of the Malay votes to the Barisan Nasional which gave them the
>victory.This was cleary evident as the malays of kebun bunga had more to
>celebrate than the chinese after the downfall of Lim Kit Siang was
>announced.Shouts of joy could be heard in the Kampung Melayu and Kampung
>Pisang once the the announcement of victory, while there was not much
>celebrations in the Paya Terubong area.
>
>The reasons for the Malays to celebrate the outcome of the 10th general
>election are many.One of the main reasons are with both the ruling and the
>opposition partys being headed by Moslem Malays,it is hoped that greater
>understanding and better cooperation would be seen on the parlimentary
>level.
>
>With both the ruling coalition and opposition trying to outdo each other on
>who is more islamic,the malays who are mostly moslem will gain the most
>from this palimentary arrangement.
>
>Sincere view from me.
