On yr question - here is the response based on information gathered
prior to the offical White paper that the Govt will issue later.
The one I provide can be considered heresy if compared to the above
White Paper.
1. Yes, 3 Pajero is more than enough to carry all these weapons and
have still quite a space to carry a few more rounds of mortar fires.
2. We do not know. As far as we are aware, they wore complete army
fatigue with some of them wearing "kupiah" &"serban". On the
"jubah" - we did not aware.
3. The arm robbers cannot go to the border since 6th Brigade already
completed sealing off the border the same day the arms heist occur.
At the same time, similar request is send to Royal Thai Army to
seal off the same border on the other side. The order is shoot
to kill.
Anyway, they seemed did not want to go to the Thai/Malayisa border.
Why - we did not know. But if they have gone there -all of them most
likely will be dead by now.
4. Yes, the arm robbers do fire multiple rounds of gun fires. As far
as we know they are firing it on the air, rubber and fruit trees.
Seemed they are using it for some target practices.
Their exact location was identified less than 24hr after the arm heist
but was kept a secret pending approval from the relevent authority.
To the arm robbers, there is no point to keep their hideout a secret
since everyone (The military and police) already knew where they are.
5. Yes, they did not managed to run more than 50 km primarily due to the
swifness of our Military and Police working in corroboration with many
other agencies. It also highlight the importance of using latest IT tools
and software to tracked down the rest of the arms robbers either directly
or indirectly linked to the arms heist.
A few comment to yr earlier email and remarks :

Lastly, many information in this world is the privy of few selected people.
There is many IT tools and hardware capable to do a lot of things privy to
selected people in this world. Lets hope it is used for the good of humanity
- at least in Malaysia it is.
