-- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] hey, im having the same problem. In fact on a pristine, unmodified sdk (i think), my police_sdk.mdl will crash my client right off the bat, giving me the same errors (and maybe others). In the server's console it says: CalcSequenceIndex: can't find 'idle_upper_Pistol'. CalcSequenceIndex: can't find 'walk_upper_Pistol'. CalcSequenceIndex: can't find 'run_upper_Pistol'. but it won't crash, and when you connect a client to it at that point, the client crashes with a slew of various assertion failures. If you have figured out how to get ANY models besides terror.mdl to work, I would love to know how and which ones and why. Thanks, brit
