I'm working on a scratch SDK mod and wondering how we get the CSS/HL2DM style in-game chat menus. The one that we have is just a chat line with no background. We really want to get the one in the screenshot (see link), with the shaded backpanel and ability to scroll up and down. Maybe I'm missing something in the RES files, but I can't see how to get that, unless it's simply not a part of the SDK.
Is there something we're doing wrong, or is this a piece of work we need to code ourselves? I'd assume since it's part of HL2DM that it's available somewhere, but I've been wrong before.
