I think its been stated in the past that the netcode has been optimised even
further then the HL netcode, so it might actually become less of a
requirement then an increase.

Without doubt however, with all the physics going on, the HW requirements
are going to be higher. I'd imagine it wouldn't be too dis-similar to UT2004
server requirements.
