My IP ends in 183. And for the first time in a week, I have traffic again. Go figure?

Server lists were sent by the last octet of the server ip addresses. ie: x.x.x.1 would appear first and x.x.x.254 would show up last. Now they seem to randomize it more so people with dynamic ips and/or home servers get more traffic.
