You might try adjusting the settings in <moddir>/autoexec.cfg . I used to never see my server in the listings then I bumped up:
max_queries_sec X max_queries_sec_global X This seems to of solved the issue for me. I don't want to recommend values as these can prevent your server from being flooded.
