Minh "Gooseman" Le created Counter-Strike along with Jess Cliffe, but
Minh did most of the actual programming

Jess Cliffe is the "voice of CS"

Counter-Strike was bought out by Valve Software after it became the #1
Online FPS ever, and continues to be so, dwarfing every other FPS by
such a large factor that even if you combined all players and servers
and their playing time from ALL other FPS games, they still do not
manage to come close to the numbers of Counter-Strike, not even 50%,
and perhaps not even 30%.

There is nothing quite like it in the FPS world
