It is natural to want to win, however, it is not natural to want to cheat. Cheating is lame. They'd release looped versions of their songs on all the popular p2p apps, and people would download them...then realize it's not the complete song and try again. If they failed a few times, then they'd just give up. Well...why not just release some "fake" cheats that are detectable by VAC? Make a cheats 'r us webpage somewhere, put up fresh cheats, and say that they're "vac-tested". Cheaters will go to the site, download the cheats, and then get vac-banned. Just an idea...
