5 x 16 Servers is pushing it on any single CPU

Well maybe not if you are using strict HLDS defaults, but as soon as
you fiddle with it to improve the clients experience, you are going to
get slapped.

But then again only you know whether the probability of all 5 servers
being full at the same time is likely or not.

If they are purely war servers and most times all you will actually be
doing is running 5 x 10 player servers then knock yourself out.

What I'm saying is, it is not an easy question to answer without
experience with YOUR users and without knowing what sort of user
experience or price point you are trying to meet.
