Wait a minute so your actually taking about running a win32 exe / dlls
under linux and not linux under linux? Why on earth would you do that?

I've been running win32 OP4 on linux via wine for a while now, and it
actually works very well. Regular valve win32 hlds also runs well under
linux via wine. Which is why you can't autorestart it, because it's the
win32 version. At least I've not been able to figure out how.
