Ned, If you're still having problems with bots not joining and rounds not restarting when the first player hits the server and you don't want to have bots in the server all the time, I have a solution....
Only problem is it does require 2 plugins to get it to work (Mani admin and Mattie's event scripts). Let me know if you're interested.
