Alfred,
I Have not found a single person that can successfully connect to any
server. I've set up a fresh dedicated server w/ CS1.6 totally updated and
tried connecting with Vac enabled and disabled both. Still can't connect.
Then I installed DOD, can not connect to DOD either. I do use a firewall,
totally disabled it to test it out.
This is what happens client-side. Will log in to Steam ok, launch the
game
and will attempt to connect without issues. The Content Server Banner no
longer appears but it completes the connection to the server. When MOTD
loads up, HL crashes and back to desktop.
As I write this I see your response regarding IFrames. I do use IFrames,
will try to disable it and see.

You get "No Steam Logon" when that client has failed to connect to VAC2
properly. Get them to check the various firewall settings described in
the help link when you get that error.
