have you checked: the various autokick and tk protection options in the server.cfg and mani_admin.cfg?
Also disable antiidle as it seemed to be a bit short when I first started up the DoD Source server. Is there something that I'm doing wrong? Everything is default except sv_lan which is set to 0 always.
