Forgive me if this has already been suggested but you might try setting the
server as the dmz on the router to eliminate the possibility that the router
is causing the problem? If that fixes it you've got port forwarding issues
and if it doesn't you know it's something with the server.

Router is fine as long as the ports are forwared, Im running multiple
servers off the same environment. Clients need to connect to the LAN ip
not the WAN ip nick
