The problem is that there doesn't seem to be a corresponding cpu usage drop
at say fps_max 200

hlds and srcds seem to take the same cpu no matter what I set the fps too if
its on high res it takes what it take regardless of the fps setting in the
server. I could be off on that but I don't see any cpu usage difference.

These are fps you tend to see with a high res timer and a fps_max value to
suit
