You obviously don't run the plugins I do then.
the only way your blocking client_exec's on my servers is to have your
config.cfg on read only and bind a key to exec config.cfg and be hitting it
every ten seconds.
if you think thats fun come try it.   Most asshats leave after 30 seconds or
so of having to repeatedly exec there config.cfg.

Client execs are cute - but easily blocked by players once they figure out
what is going on.

you ban the right person when the hacker / jerk changes his name to someone
elses in game?  It's been a while for this to happen to me but when it does
I always get confused =)
