It's not set at all in any config file, so it's at whatever the default is 
(15?).

sv?  nf?  rep?

Never understood what each of those were  (I've also seen "a").  I presume sv 
is server variable.  Google is useless.

Arena maps are working now, but I have to have a blown-out server.cfg.
I'll add stuff piece by piece to see what breaks it I guess.
