Hi all,

I don't know if anyone has noticed this but it seems that not all chat
is reported to all clients. I've noticed this as i also have hlsw open
at the same time while watching chat on the servers.

i see chat being reported by hlsw via the logs but it doesn't appear in game

~Cheers
