Sv_unreserve does _not_ stop people joining from the lobby It's a one-time command that clears lobby reservations from your server. Nothing to say the lobby won't re-reserve slots later on (not sure if it'll do that immediately or if it does it at a later date) For example, I've used it on my public servers before the last update, as there was an issue where slots would be reserved but not cancelled. Running that command cleared the reservations and more people joined immediately
