Okay, heres a quick lesson on STEAMID's

STEAM_1:0:1182... the 32 bit int counterpart to this, is 2364
STEAM_1:1:1182... the 32 bit int counterpart to this, is 2365

You take the last part of the STEAMID, double it, and then add the middle
part of the steamid.

For example:

1182 * 2 + 0 For STEAM_1:0:1182
1182 * 2 + 1 For STEAM_1:1:1182
