The 30 day ban is for a good reason - I feel that 30 days is plenty of time for honest players to earn the unlockables through normal, real-world means. People with kids and wives and 40-hour-a-week jobs - but also a sense of decency.
Their names and SteamIDs are going to stay up on the list page though.
