I'm not talking about ticrates, I made a comment that I've been using 
sys_ticrate prior to this cs0616 beta update is all. The update reads like its 
a new cvar. 33/66/100 tic setups are common regardless.

Why are you talking about 66/100 tic? It's HL1 Engine. Putting it on 66 or
100 should give 64 FPS or around, so it's the same thing. You have to put it
on 200-300 to have enough FPS for your clients to receive 100/s.
