No problem at all :)

Just as a recap of what I did for everyone. 

I'm assigning each instance of srcds to 2 core (0 and 1 or 2 and 3 ....) I
assign 2 server instances to -> 2 cores

core 
0 and 1
--------
2 x SRCDS

My CPU usage per server is down and lag(cpu) spikes are all gone now.

Just an update:
Mike's method of manually putting 2 gameservers for every 2 cores has worked
wonders these past couple days.. It has stopped the cpu lagspikes, and
playerdrop outs, and my cpu usage has dropped significantly. Thanks again
