I think they think they've fixed it in the last update. This is not the case.
Players regardless of Team show up as Terrorists, Counter-Terrorists, Spectators, Something Green, a large C4, or whatever else. As well to this, the radar (in-game overview map) at times isn't displayed at all. Thanks, Kyle.
