I just want to keep this going. I'm surprised that Valve are not aware of this issue as I mentioned in the January digest. It is affecting nearly all CSS players.

Teammates can now appear as the enemy in radar and vice versa, there are funny objects in the radar appearing and most of the time , the radar does not even draw properly.
