Hi, I've started having problems with loading cstrike 1.6 on Windows. All of a sudden when I execute hlds.exe in console mode, I get an error telling me that gfx.wad couldn't load.
Googling a bit only shows me this problem with the game back in the dark ages. There's nothing about fixing the problem running a build downloaded with the hldsupdatetool. I've tried copying gfx.wad to cstrike from the valve folder as well. Any ideas on what I'm missing here? / Ronald
