Seems after updating it, It worked. It's a dedicated server so I don't have
to worry about port forwarding to that degree. The app was whitelisted at
the time. Anyway it works.  Also it does work in HLSW but you have to use
Query Port to find it just like in Steam.

You sure all your ports are forwarded? My Steam shows my KF2 servers just
fine (as "KFGameInfo_Survival") in the game column.  And I don't know about
HLSW, but if you query it as RO2 it should work, at least that's the current
way to add KF2 servers to gametracker.
