Hello all, It has been a while since a post here, but this list has a good reputation for getting constructive responses from Valve, quickly. So I'm hoping this one will receive the same sort of response.
Since the last update HLDS appears to be reporting outdated data in the query protocols. While we are aware of the change over to source and as far as we are aware are using the correct protocol - that being the Source protocol, we are still getting bad data. So far both users and developers have raised the issue to Valve but the only response I am so far aware of is this one from the tech support. http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=741159#10 So with all evidence pointing at HLDS, can someone at Valve please confirm this issue and if possible provide an ETA for a fix? If however, HLSW is at fault. Can you please update this page with the new protocol.
