It might also be related to some plugin being run on the server.  what about
the hlg wall hack block?  or one of teh client exec plugins?   That kind of
stuff used to cause problems with clients in the past.   Esp csguard back in
the day.

I have net_graph 3 up at all times.  And when it looks like it's slowing
down, I look glance at it (in net_graphpos 2) and notice that it's
running at like 50, maybe 70 fps, instead of 100.0 fps.  No, my
machine's not "running out of memory" and paging.  Nothing changes at
all on the machine.

Yes, I run net_Graph all the time too, I'm wondering if I hookup hlds_l
booster, the separate program it might run a little smoother with the
fps, I'm not sure, it runs adminmod, statsme 2.6.17, hlguard 1.35, so it
shouldn't be taking up that much CPU usage, but it does, theres
something obviously wrong, and my fps is fine on other servers, so I'm
clueless why everyone's FPS on the server is dropping like mad....
