Cheating Death requires client intervention and the majority of players do
not know how/do not want to download addition tools to play which they then
must turn off to be able to play on servers that do run VAC.

If you make it hard for the client/player then they will go elsewhere.

I run VAC and that's not going to change unless it's something server side
that isn't as CPU raping as HLGuard.
