Yeah, but since when did you pay for the service software, or since when did the licence on HLDS have a SLA?
If you're loosing money as a result, it's a pain but you can't really complain about a loss. It does irritate me with the lag the new update has brought in though, I don't run my servers commercially but it's not nice to see people unhappy and complaining about lag when the servers are plenty powerful.
