try updating it.

i was toying with my cs:s test server (it was freezing because the ip
was already in use for a few days)

i put it up, and about 30 seconds later i checked and found it on the
server list.  its last octet was .48 so yeah

servers have been sitting idle 24/7.  I know they changed something.  I

searched everywhere and can't find a straight answer.
