Since the update June 12, 2007

our Server lags at round end.

Seems like clients get frozen for x seconds like a timeout.
Players miss the beginning of next round, the next they see is that the round 
is in progress for e.g. 5 seconds

It starts lagging if server has approximately 12 users playing,

more player = longer lags

We have disabled all plugins like mani admin mod, etc... still the same
We havent seen any problems like this until the update came out

CPU load is normally between 30 % to 50 %, in case of the lagging the cpu load 
jumps up to 70 percent
