Issn't the pingbooster a hlds_l only thingy?

I don't use the -pingboost option as I found it didnt make any difference to
the server performance this is on a reasonably high end dedicated gaming
server running only srcds (CSS / TF2) processes however I am running a
1000hz kernel timer which does all our "boosting" the TF2 servers are
running at 166fps and the css servers are at 333 fps (via rcon stats).
