I'd advice against using HLstatsX if you host it yourself. A little comparing to Psychostats, and the horrible HLstatsX coding:
HLstatsX streamer daemon, av CPU load of 70%, daemon crashes every now and then. Psychostats streamer daemon, av CPU load of 1-2%, daemon never crashes. Perhaps HLstatsX works allright if you have 1 server, but in our case it had to record around 100 players on full load.
