Alfred so maybe you can do something with choke?
I have serwer with 1000hz kernel core, server has 500 FPS, and while server
has 20 players playing or more there is big choke ;]
Hardware is very powerfull, internet connection also.
I've noticed it after some update 1 or 2 years ago.
