Well mine it basically doesn't stay up more than 1 hour or so. Also regarding the /proc/cpuinfo, I don't have /proc/cpuinfo - its /compat/linux/proc/cpuinfo. Maybe you should test it for a long time and see what happens, also what is the command line that you use to start your server?
