Same here: 8 L4D servers, no one respond any more to A2S_INFO queries. I don't have sv_password on my server.cfg / serverXX.cfg The servers show up in HLSW, but HLSW doesn't report they're running metamod/sourcemod. And my PHP scripts querying the servers from my website homepage does not show the L4D server any more.
