I don't know if anyone has seen it, but this is a pretty nice query method 
using Python:

Very nice output, and options - the developer has also been very quick to 
respond to any requests/bugs I've noted and forwarded to him.

I've updated to latest qstat from svn
Seems that it doesn't work with cs 1.6 steam servers and -P key
So it is impossible to show players, but rules and stats are ok.
The fix is broken now ?
