hlds_announce is for valve products only and 2 latest l4d2 updates were not announced for some reason. Perhaps the regular guy Jason is on vacation or Valve's policy has changed, who knows.
I posted info on both updates for hlds_linux since nobody else did that and some people here had not noticed the updates at all.
