Sleeper, It is a mix. There are a LOT of people buying the potato sack so there is a lot of new players on. There are also a lot of returning players checking out the Portal map and other new stuff. It wouldn't be a bad idea to do a mix of normal and harder servers. That is how I've got ours set up.
