It's happening to everyone on the server, causing players to stutter with this temporary gap. The server is a Xeon X5675 @ 3.07GHz, 2gigs ram, running Ubuntu 10.10 Server is 32 players. This just started happening recently (end of may to now). I thought it might have been something on the server, I recently reinstalled the OS and SRCDS. Still occurs with no addons installed. Replay is disabled.
