Matchmaker wont send more than 6 players to your server - it's players
using server browser. You're supposed to also set sv_visiblemaxplayers -
this would stop regular players. Then plugin deals with those who try to
abuse the system and connect via console.

If its set to 6 human players it will kick all that tries to connect.
