This bug is still in srcds_run:
https://github.com/ValveSoftware/halflife/issues/210
hlds_run should not be affected anymore

I use a small script that hotfixes srcds_run and then runs it, so
validate doesn't remove the patch:

eval "$(sed 's/test -z "$AUTO_UPDATE";/test -z "$RESTART";/' srcds_run)"
