We've decided that the rich editor shouldn't be a core feature but
rather should be provided by plugins.
The support for nicedit is still there, but in the refactoring of the
<page> tag, we lost the nicedit attribute that turns it on.
All you need to do if you want it is to include the javascript file,
e.g. to add it to every page in your app:
<extend tag="page">
<old-page merge>
<append-scripts:>
<javascript name="nicedit"/>
</append-scripts:>
</old-page>
</extend>
