Since the only thing left in the Hobo 1.3 fro Rails ViewHints is the child
attribute, I would suggest moving this to the taglibs as well.

Since we are using the locales file for alternative fields names and help,
these are no longer in ViewHints.

How much effort would it be to git rid of ViewHints?
