NEAT. ;)

should be able to see it when i get
back out to my place in a day or two ...

my night sky is still fairly clear ...
with not too much light pollution but ...
i see someone now has, not one, but two ...
mercury vapor nightlights at a farm across
my lake ... and tho half a mile away ...
i can see my shadow at my place. i have to
shade my eyes to walk down to my pier. ;(
people want to live in the country and
then try to bring the city with them.
it was such a beautiful place.
fear of the dark?
stupidity?
unawareness of what is around them ...
and of their impact on their surroundings?
lack of consideration for one's neighbors?
all of the above?
i don't get it.

everywhere i go ... these pests.
give me animals over humans any day. ;)
if there is such a thing as reincarnation ...
i'm betting humans are at the beginner stage ...
and thru many lifetimes may finally become as
the animals of the forest ...
finally finding their niche ...
their true place in the order of things ...
at ease and at peace sith who they are.
i hope so.

well ...
i should be able to see the sky to the west.
last time i looked anyway.

thanks for the "heads up" joyce.
